- August 2020 – Submit plan to WODC
- Sept-Oct 2020 – Post-submission (Regulation 16) consultation
- Nov 2020 – Jan 2021 – Independent examination of the plan
- 10 June 2021 – Referendum of Charlbury electors on whether the plan should be ‘made’ i.e. adopted.
